Returns
Yes, but for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept every return. Our returns location is located abroad, and we only accept returns if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once the product has been used, unfortunately, the right to return expires.
If your return is approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your debit card, credit card, or original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping, nor any other costs associated with returning the goods, such as taxes and import duties.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
Products requiring hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.
